Continuous Professional Development
ManchesterCF courses are eligible for continuous professional development (CPD) credits from the International Compliance Association (ICA), the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS) and the Great Chatwell Academy of Learning (GCAL).
The purpose of professional accreditation is to signify a commitment towards skills development and career growth. CPD is unique to each individual as they plot their career path.
For course participants who are mandated by their employers to enrol in ManchesterCF’s training programs through FIU Connect, or for interested professionals who have sought out this training on their own through FINTEL Online, time spent on professional learning can be used to earn CPD credits. Training provided by ManchesterCF, such as those programs offered in the Financial Crime Training series and the FINTEL series can take up to 12 hours to complete, while other programs offered, such as those in the Front Office Training series can take up to three hours to complete.
Individuals looking to obtain accreditation or achieve recertification can earn credits by completing the following courses:
ManchesterCF is currently developing the FINTEL (Environmental Crime), FINTEL (Proliferation Financing) and FINTEL (Art & Antiquities) training programs. All of these courses will be submitted for CPD accreditation.
Visit the websites of specific accrediting organisations for more information on how to log hours and obtain CPD credits.
FIU Connect modules from ManchesterCF should not be submitted to the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) for CAMS CPD credits.
